Marketing Consultation
We all know that effective marketing is paramount for business success, but just how important is it?
Marketing isn’t just about shouting into a crowd and hoping someone listens—it’s about knowing exactly who you’re speaking to, what they care about, and how they’re most likely to hear you. Imagine you’re planning a journey to an unfamiliar destination. Without a map, you’re guessing at every turn. That’s what marketing without an avatar or any metrics feels like. Our role is to hand you the map—complete with the clearest routes, potential detours, and the most efficient way to arrive where you want to be.
At the heart of our approach is building your avatar. Think of this as creating a detailed sketch of ones persona—the ideal customer who needs what you offer. From their habits and desires to the way they think and act, understanding this avatar is like having a compass that always points true. With this clarity, every campaign can be purposeful, every message precise, and every customer pre-qualified.
And the best part? We make sure your journey is trackable. By using metrics, we can pinpoint exactly what’s working and what isn’t. This isn’t guesswork—it’s a strategy built on evidence, adaptation, and results. Because the ultimate goal isn’t just reaching your destination; it’s doing so efficiently, effectively, and in a way that feels seamless to you.
To summarise - at LVLUP Media, we believe marketing is essentially asking an abundance of questions over & over again. Who are we trying to reach, What are we selling? (Nike doesn't sell running shoes, they sell the comfort & style you experience whilst wearing their shoes), Why does the customer want to purchase from us? And how can we best incentivise them to make their first purchase with us?
Graphic Design
Now you truly understand who you're targeting, what you're actually selling, and why your customer base actually wants / needs your business; we can get onto designing material for your first major marketing campaign.
As a general opinion, people perceive 'graphic design' to be all about aesthetically sound pieces of work. Although this is true, it also runs much deeper than this.
For us, graphic design is about creating pieces of art built with performance in mind, pieces of art which evoke a response in the consumer & pieces of art which become synonymous with your brand & your business.
I could spend days sharing my POV on graphic design with you, but I wish to keep this brief. To convey the outstanding power of branding & truly effective graphic design, look no further than the world-famous brand: Coca-Cola.
If you were to buy an OG red can of coca-cola from a shop, then you get back into your car, crack the can, and taste the fresh coke... but you come to taste some fresh lemonade instead... you'd be shocked beyond belief, right? I know I would.
This hypothetical phenomenon could only possibly be attributed to the power of Coca-Cola's branding & their graphic pack.
Now, as much as we are big dreamers round here, we still keep things realistic - we know we're not about to create the graphics for the next Billion £ drinks empire... but even if we could create a brand 1% as renowned & effective, then I think we could take that as a W.
Website Design
Upon doing research into the actual effectiveness of web design, I came across an article on a study performed by Forbes, which actually blew my mind. Being a web designer, I know as confidently as anyone that websites are crucial for the survival & prosperity of a business, but not to this extent, here are my findings:
Over Four-Fifths of UK SME businesses have a website...
And out of these businesses, another Four-Fifths agree that their website carries a big role within their companies success.
Out of the One-in-Five UK SME businesses who don’t have an active website, over Two-Thirds agree that having a website would be beneficial to their business efforts.
If you're a SME business owner, (or aspiring to be one) then there is a 77% chance you either have a website that carries a big role within your business OR you don't have a website but understand ones importance. Don't leave this stone un-turned, trust me.
As with graphic design, we don't just create websites that look nice, we create websites with performance at the forefront of design - using an approach called 'performance driven design'.
With any online application, website or store; you will be sure to find an analytics page.
At the surface level, your analytics may just serve as a benchmark tool to yourself, so you can track your progress in business - which is perfectly fine!
But WHAT IF we could enable you to unlock the full potential of your insights? See our list of generic growth opportunities that can be easily found within your insights below:
Visitors leaving your website before progressing from the home page?
Create more engaging content to attract consumers attention.
Customers only purchasing 1 or 2 items per order?
Integrate an upsell / cross-sell app to your checkout.
Customers not making repeat purchases?
Maybe a retargeting email campaign wouldn't be a bad idea.
Did your most recent marketing campaign blow past your targets?
Let's side-line our other current ideas, it's time to double-down on this aspect.
